Proforma Letters

The letters below are to be copied and pasted into an email and sent to people advertising their dogs or puppies for sale
or to a good home that have not been desexed.

Letter one is for single adult dogs, letter two is for two or more adults, and letter three is for puppies!

LETTER 1 - single adult dogs
Hi,

I noticed that you are advertising a dog that has not been desexed - PLEASE take a quick look at the link below, showing just a few photos of the hundreds of puppy farms in Australia - as this is where your non-desexed dog could end up.

http://fully-aware.com/

Online sites are where puppy farmers and backyard breeders look for dogs for breeding. They come across as nice people, and say your dog is going to a loving family home. They're unlikely to tell you the truth! Your dog could spend the rest of it's life in a breeding shed with little or no veterinary attention, food or water and if too old or sick to breed, left to die or perhaps shot!

There are links on the Fully-Aware website that can assist with rehoming your dog, or help with discounted desexing.

Genuine purchasers would prefer a pet to be desexed, and you can be sure your dog will not end up in a breeding shed for the rest of its life.

Regards,

(your name)
